we may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Once your order has shipped, you receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours For tracking updates to appear.

Soft flow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
