Refund policy

Due to the intimate nature of our product, we do not accept returns on worn or washed items. However, we do offer a first pair guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your first pair, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Unworn and unwashed items may be returned within 30 days in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. 
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within seven days for a replacement or refund. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges
